How much do your services cost?

Our bookkeeping services are tailored to each business's needs. Monthly bookkeeping starts at $300 per month, while catch-up and cleanup bookkeeping projects start at $1,500. Pricing depends on the number of accounts, the condition of your books, and the scope of work needed.

Can you help if my bookkeeping is months behind?

Absolutely! We provide catch-up and cleanup bookkeeping to help small-business owners get their financial records back on track. Whether you've fallen behind on recording transactions or your existing books need to be reviewed and corrected, we'll assess your situation and discuss the best way forward. Contact us to tell us a little about your business and what needs attention.

Do you prepare corporate tax returns?

We do not currently prepare corporate income tax returns, such as Forms 1120 or 1120-S. We may be able to assist with individual income tax returns that include business income reported on Schedule C. If you need help determining whether your return is a good fit for our services, please contact us. We’re also happy to refer you to a trusted local tax professional when needed.

Do you offer payroll services?

We do not currently provide payroll processing services. However, we can recommend payroll providers that may be a good fit for your business. We can also discuss how payroll transactions should be reflected in your bookkeeping to help keep your financial records accurate.

What bookkeeping software do you use and recommend?

We use and recommend Quickbooks Online for our bookkeeping services. It allows us to maintain organized financial records, prepare financial reports, and give both you and our firm access to your books.

If you're already using QuickBooks Online, we can discuss working with your existing account. If you're new to the software, we can help you understand what's needed to get started.

Do you work with clients outside Northeast Georgia?

Yes! Grounded Accounting and Tax serves small businesses in Northeast Georgia and remotely throughout the United States. Our virtual workflow allows us to work with clients regardless of location, so you can get reliable bookkeeping support without needing to visit our office.
