Monthly Basic Bookkeeping and Accounting

Our basic bookkeeping and accounting services provide monthly account reconciliations and financial statements so that you can always have an eye on your overall business health.

At the basic level, daily recording of transactions and reconciliations of up to 2 bank accounts and up to 2 credit card statements are included.

Additional fees apply for multiple locations and services which can be discussed on an individual basis.

Basic services start at $400 per month

Catch Up and Clean Up

Catch up and clean up are services designed to get your books up to date during the current year so that you know your current financial position.

Catch up includes recording daily transactions and reconciling accounts for a 4 to 12 month period.

Clean up includes balancing and reconciling your previously recorded transactions for a 4 to 12 month period.

Starting at $1,500 for one bank account and one credit card

Catch up and Clean up require a QuickBooks online subscription which can be set up during this time for an additional fee.

A time period of 3 months or less can also be discussed as a VIP Session.

Monthly Mid Bookkeeping and Accounting

Our mid bookkeeping and accounting services provide similar services as our basic package only for a higher number of accounts.

At the mid level, daily recording of transactions and reconciliations are performed for 3 to 4 bank accounts and up to 2 credit cards.

Additional fees apply for multiple locations and services which can be discussed on an individual basis.

Mid services start at $800 per month

Expedited Updates

Expedited updates are typically required in January or February to get your books caught up for your tax accountant.

This service mimics our Catch up services, but with a much faster turn around time and less detailed reporting in each account. Accounts will still be reconciled and balanced and ready for your tax accountant to do some minimal cleanup with the tax return.

Starting at $3,000

Expedited Updates require a QuickBooks online subscription which can be set up during this time for an additional fee.

These services can also be discussed for other quick turn around needs.

Personal Service

GAT not only offers business bookkeeping and accounting, but also offers limited personal income tax preparation and tax planning.

Personalized services are billed based on forms required, time to completion, and materials required.

A limited number of personal returns are prepared per year.

Basic personal returns start at $110.
